We will drive about one hour through the gorgeous Tuscan landscapes until we reach the center of Siena where your professional, local guide will meet you. Your walking tour will take you through the town’s narrow and picturesque streets and share with you the stories and history of Siena while showing you the most important highlights of this beautiful city, Siena’s magnificent Cathedral and  Piazza del Campo where twice a year the famous Palio horserace is held. At the end of your walking tour you will have some free time in Siena to explore on your own before heading for the San Gimignano area for lunch.

It’s a beautiful drive to our next stop, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards to a  wine estate, where you will have time to relax and enjoy a Tuscan light lunch of assorted cold cuts, prosciutto, salami, cheeses, bruschetta, followed by dessert and coffee. The meal, of course will be accompanied by the winery’s excellent wines and olive oil.

San Gimignano is just a short drive from the winery and here you will finish your day with some free time to stroll and shop while admiring the town’s unusual skyline of tall Medieval towers and charming squares, to visit the churches or to taste the famous gelato. You will be back in Florence in the late afternoon.
